تعرّف المشاركون الشباب أثناء التدريب على كيفية بناء القوة وكسب مؤيدين لقضاياهم، وكيفية إعداد عملية انتخابية لاختبارهم كممثلين عن الشباب وتطبيق ذلك بشكل عملي من خلال عملية انتخابية متكاملة، وكما تعرّفوا على منصّة ساي وكيفية الانتخابات الكترونيًا لاحقًا من خلالها بعد تجهيز شروط المرشح ووضع معايير تقييم طلب الترشح.

During this training, the young participants learned how to build strength and gain supporters/advocators for their issues , how to prepare an election process to test them as representatives of the youth and apply that practically through an integrated election process.

This was in #Community_Organizing and_Networking_ParliamentaryAffairs_and_Elections training, where the participants are twenty young male and female from the Community committees of the Youth of Change Network in northwestern Syria,

within a project.
