نظراً لأهمية دور الشباب في المجتمع وإنطلاقاً من رؤيتنا لتعزيز مشاركتهم ودورهم لبناء قوة فاعلة على أرض الواقع أقامت شبكة شباب التغيير بالتعاون مع منظمة بنفسج وشبكة صناع الأثر وكاريتاس وبتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي تدريب #التنظيم_المجتمعي بدأ التدريب بتعريف التنظيم المجتمعي والتعرف على قصة أنا ونحن والآن كإحدى ممارسات التنظيم المجتمعي وكيفية بناء قوة الفرق الشبابية على أرض الواقع وتحديد اللاعبين الأساسيين.

Due to the importance of the role of youth in society and based on our vision to promote their participation and role to build an effective force on the ground, Youth Change Network in cooperation with Violet Organization, Impact Makers Network and Caritas and funded by the European Union held #Community_Organization training, the training began by defining community organization and learning about the story of me and us and now as one of the practices of community organization and how to build the strength of youth teams on the ground and identify the main players.
