SAY Platform (“the platform”, “the website”, “us”, “us” and “our”) allows you (“You” and “the user”) to benefit from the all the services, to be a be a volunteer or a team member or a committee member our website "http://sayplatform.net". With the aim of promoting citizenship by opening spaces for dialogue, participation in issues of public interest and contributing to decision-making.

Please read these terms of use (the "Terms") carefully before using the Website as these Terms govern your use and membership of our Platform.

1. About SAY Platform

A platform that creates a safe environment that provides opportunities for learning, exchanging experiences, and expressing opinions by providing spaces for dialogue and spaces to participate in opinion polls. Say platform provides youth in volunteer teams with opportunities to attend specific training, in addition to providing scientific content through distinguished research papers. All this in order to enhance knowledge and practical practices among Syrian youth., Say created and managed by DOOR organization (“DOOR”), DOOR is a non-governmental, independent, and non-profit organization, registered in Turkey on 05/29/2018 with registration number (27/021/158).

2. Use of this Website

2.1 By accessing the Website, whether or not you become a volunteer or a team member or a committee member, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms (including the Privacy Policy).

2.2 If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you may not use the Website or participate in any of its services.

2.3 By accepting these Terms, you warrant that: you are 18 years of age or older; if you are under 18 you must have; (a) the permission of your parent/guardian before accepting these terms. (b) you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.

2.4 You may not: 

(a) use the Website in any way that breaches any law or regulation; 

(b) use the Website in any way which violates intellectual property or other rights of anyone;

(c) use the Website in any way, or to any effect, that is unlawful or fraudulent; 

(d) knowingly transmit any data, or send or upload any material, to the Website that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful program or computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware; 

(e) insult, being disrespectful, or being racist to others on the Platform.

2.5 If you breach any of these Terms, your permission to use the Website may be terminated immediately. We retain the right to deny access to the Website to any person at our absolute discretion.

3.1 DOOR owns and retains all trademarks, copyright and other proprietary rights in the Platform, the Website (including the name, logo and other trademarks) and all materials, messages, images or information posted thereon ("Content"). 

3.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell or otherwise use any of the Content without prior written permission from DOOR or Platform Management. 

3.3 Platformda herhangi bir görüntü veya bilgi yayınlayarak, bu tür görüntüleri veya bilgileri kullanmak için bize geri alınamaz, dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, telifsiz bir lisans (alt lisans hakkı ile birlikte) verdiğinizi kabul etmektesiniz. Aksi takdirde, Platform'un reklamlarından, kampanyalarından veya zaman zaman tarafımızdan yayınlanan, oluşturulan veya kullanılan diğer materyallerden herhangi biri ile bağlantılı olarak.

3.4 By posting the images or information you: 

(a) warrant that the images or information so posted do not contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or sexually explicit or which promotes violence, discrimination or illegal activities; and 

(b) warrant that the images or information so posted do not infringe any third-party proprietary right or any applicable law.

4. Governing Law:

These Terms and any dispute, or claim whatsoever relating to these Terms or its formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish Law and you irrevocably agree that the courts of Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
