ضمن مشروع "المشاركة المجتمعية" وتمكين القدرات  وإشراك المجتمع في صنع القرار وتحديد وترتيب أولوياته. انطلق الفربق بجمع بعض البيانات عن أهم الاحتياجات لسكان بلدة أطمة، وذلك من خلال تطبيق الجانب العملي لتدريب الأبحاث الميدانية.
