Vision: Syrian Youth Team for Change seeks to build a cohesive society by enhancing the youth role and participation in peacemaking Mission: Syrian Youth Team for Change desires to support the role of youth in peacemaking processes at the local and international levels, and to enhance community cohesion by spreading social responsibility culture among Young people values: freedom - justice - coexistence

1- creating young community leaders in Syrian societies 2- Supporting youth community initiatives to enhance community cohesion in Syria 3- Enhancing the role of young women’s participation in all fields, especially decision-making 4- Supporting youth participation in the political process and the Syrian public affairs
