An independent community organization that includes in its membership the various types of disabilities in northwestern Syria, and its services include people with permanent disabilities in the area. It aims to educate them, defend their rights, and integrate them into society

1- Rehabilitation and integration of people with special needs into society
2- Raising the voice of people with special needs to decision-making areas
3- Providing physical and occupational therapy for them
4- Raising awareness in society about people with disabilities
5- Organizing sports courses and activities for people with disabilities
