Sama Volunteer Team
Team's vision, mission and values
Sama Volunteer Team is a voluntary cooperative youth team that was established in August of 2020, and is active in northwestern Syria. The team seeks to contribute to the advancement of society and help the affected people in various fields (teaching women empowerment, vocational training and capacity building).
Our vision: a healthy society free from all forms of suffering and human tragedy, where justice and equality prevail.
Our mission: Providing training for widowed and poorer women, educating orphans and the poor, raising a generation that realizes the meaning of investing time and effort for the good of the individual and society, and embracing all the ideas of society's segments that would be a positive turn for the good of this country. Our Values: Honesty - Sincerity - Respect - Loyalty - Charity - Neutrality - Humanity
Team Goals
Our goals: To provide training and education for the most vulnerable women and children who are marginalized or in extreme distress.The long-term goal is to continue trying to eradicate poverty among the beneficiaries by moving from emergency to support programs for long-term poverty alleviation.
